He has earned “2nd dan black belt in KUNG FU” “Hassio Tai Chi Chuan Fa” “Wing Chun Kung Fu” and has trained more than thousands of students Black Belt in Kolhapur District. He has also won “International Full Contact Fight” and choose “International Best Referee and Best Instructor” award.

He formed group of company under KANSA GROUP. The name KANSA derived from the name of his parents. First three-word KAN from his mother’s name KANCHANMALA and SA from his father’s name SADASHIVRAO. He has been working in the sector of “Women Hygiene and environment” for last 5 years. Wherein, he is an owner of “Smart Maitrin Project”, which is been providing best quality sanitary napkins through vending machines in many Government organizations. Some of the main Respected clients are Mumbai High Court, Mumbai Police, New Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Pune, Solapur, PCMC, KDMC, GOA State, Karnataka State etc.

Recently, he has decided to step in ‘Solid waste management’ and has bagged 12 waste management projects in Kolhapur District. The kind of work is doing for the society is really admirable.
